If I wanted to upgrade my package, how would this work?
There are two options; either pay the difference in one lump sum or spread the total cost over your remaining monthly payments.

Do you carry out credit checks?
No. We do not carry out credit checks for any of our services. Regardless of your past, we’re all about your future. Anyone from any background is welcome.

What happens if I want to cancel before the year is up?
We won’t charge you for a cancellation fee. Just let us know by contacting your dedicated project manager or through our contact form. You won’t have to pay any further payments, but you won’t get a refund for the setup fee or any money already paid towards the project since this would have paid for the development time or work already carried out. 

Once I have paid the final month’s instalment, does the website belong to me?
Yes. All files, including artwork, will be available to you upon request, just ask.

Will I be able to preview my site whilst in development?
Yes. We like to keep you up to date. We will give you a call when there are specific changes to our website, but if you’d like to preview the site, just ask and we’ll make it available at a time to suit you and discuss any design changes/ additions.

How long will it take before my site is complete?
Approximate 2-4 weeks from initial payment, and this depends on the communication from you. We only produce bespoke designs, and depending on the size of the site and content you provide us, development time varies, but rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Will I be able to edit my website?
Yes, once you have completed all instalments. 

Is SEO included in my package?
Yes. All websites will be built to current web standards with basic SEO included. To reach a higher page ranking, time is needed to bring traffic onto the site, we’ll advise you how to get you started. Speak to us if you’d like us to manage your social networks.

What is a design concept?
A concept design is a visual draft of your logo created using the information you provided within your design brief questionnaire.

Who owns the design?
Upon full payment of your design package, you will own all copyrights and be free to use them however you wish. No extra costs are involved.

What is a favourite icon?
A favourite icon (favicon), is usually a smaller version of your logo which is displayed within the address bar of your browser or home screen (mobile devices) to help identify your website and pages.
